Water Quality Testing
A water quality test for your home, especially if your home is reliant on well water, can ensure that the water you and your family are drinking and using daily is safe for consumption and free of harmful contaminants like bacteria, lead, pesticides and chemicals.

Winterization Inspection
When temperatures in our area begin to plummet, you want to be sure your home is ready to withstand the elements. A home winterization inspection from Family Home Tree Inspectors, LLC thoroughly assesses your home’s heating system and insulated areas to determine your preparedness for the coming cold climate.

Pre-Listing Inspection
An inspection of your home before you place it on the market can help you sell it more easily and more quickly by giving you the opportunity to address any issues before you show your home to potential buyers.

Home Maintenance Inspection
A yearly home maintenance inspection offers you peace of mind regarding the condition of your home and its systems and can identify potential concerns before they become costly emergency repairs.

Re-Inspection
