About Family Tree Home Inspectors, LLC

Family Tree Home Inspectors, LLC is locally owned and operated by Matt Dilica, a Queens native. As a lifelong local, he knows southern New York like the back of his hand and grew up around the homes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Matt and his children have a continuing family tradition of carving their yearly heights into a tree by his home, and this gave him the inspiration for Family Tree Home Inspectors, LLC.

Matt’s desire to help potential homeowners make informed decisions and wise purchases led him to the home inspection industry. His professional, reliable home inspections focus on the condition of your home for the safety of you and your family. When he’s not inspecting homes, he’s spending time with his wife and three beautiful boys.

Matt is an InterNACHI (the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Certified Professional Inspector, and he adheres to InterNACHI’s rigorous Standards of Practice and to International Code of Ethics. Additionally, he is a certified inspector by the State of New York, license #16000077028.
